Refund policy

Products will not be accepted for return after 14 days from the date of delivery to the Purchaser. Purchaser has 14 days after delivery to request a refund. Disposable products may not be returned

All products shall be deemed accepted by the purchaser at the time of delivery. Defender Safety will not accept the return of any products without prior authorization. A restocking charge may apply to authorized returns. Special, non-standard, and made-to-order products (either published or unpublished) are non-cancelable/non-returnable.

Refunds will be process from the same form of payment used to purchase the product(s). 

In order to request a refund the product must be unused in the original packaging that it came in. If it's disposable, the product may not be returned.

Orders over $999.99 will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Buyer must pay return shipping. If order was incorrect or damaged and fault of Defender Safety- a pre-paid return label will be issued to the email the order was placed with.
